Rosecroft Fall Meet to Begin Sept. 23

$100,000 Potomac Pace Scheduled for Nov. 15 FORT WASHINGTON, MD – The Fall Meet at Rosecroft will begin Wednesday, Sept. 23 and will once again feature some of North America’s most competitive harness races as well as the $100,000 Potomac Pace. Rosecroft will race from Sept. 23 through Dec. 23 every Sunday and Wednesday. First race post time will be 7:15 p.m. Racing will be conducted at Rosecroft with no spectators. Fans can watch and wager on Rosecroft at 1stbet.com and xpressbet.com. Maryland Jockey Club OTB locations are also open at the Horseshoe Casino, Timonium Fairgrounds, Pimlico Race Course, Greenmount in Hampstead, Boonsboro, Frederick, MGM National and Hollywood Casino in Perryville. The $100,000 Potomac Pace, Rosecroft’s signature event, has been scheduled for Sunday, Nov 15. Since being inaugurated in 2016, the Potomac Pace has attracted many of North America’s best free-for-all pacers including Endeavor, All Bets Off, Split The House, Keystone Velocity, Always B Miki and Wakizashi Hanover. Before the Potomac Pace was created by the Maryland Jockey Club, Rosecroft’s last race attracting the best free-for-all pacers in North America was the Graduate Series in 1986.
