As Rosecroft heads into its first card of November, statistics show Arlene Cameron leading the trainer standings with 13 victories. The Brian Wright stable has heated up and now has eight wins for the second spot, followed by Phil Jasper with six wins in only 20 starts.

Russell Foster maintains a four-win lead over Frank Milby—29 to 25—for the top spot in the driver standings, with Jonathan Roberts and Jason Thompson tied at 16 wins and John Wagner with 15. For the last three racing programs, Milby has won nine races from 34 starts, Foster has won six from 36 drives, and Thompson has found the winner’s circle five times in 23 starts.

Here’s a look at several races on the special Saturday, Nov. 3, racing program:

Race 1

Wynnfield Noelle came around at Harrington after even miles against much tougher in high-level lifetime condition races and returns to the bigger track at the bottom condition level; expect her to come up big in this one.

Race 2

Lettucefib A drops to the bottom condition level where he rallied well for a close third-place finish two starts back at Rosecroft. He draws the pylons after facing an above-average group of “non-winners of $2,500 in the last 5 starts” pacers Oct. 28 and comes home well enough to win this one with a decent trip.

Race 4

The Brian Callahan barn is three-for-three so far at the meet, and Callahan ships in Part-Time Hanover, who was an easy winner at the “NW 1” level at Harrington Oct. 23 in her first start for Callahan. The filly drew post 9 here put has shown the ability to race on the lead or from off the pace with success.

Race 9

JW Renegade has turned in three consecutive quality off-the-pace efforts in his last three Rosecroft outings and remains at the “non-winners of $4,000 in the last five starts” level. He’s better than his 3-for-33 record in 2018 suggests, and he may be able to reel them in given the potential for a contested pace in this event.
