Rosecroft Announces Purse Increase

and make up night for cancelled card

                Rosecroft Raceway is pleased to announce  a roughly ten percent increase to purses will begin on Saturday night, November 10. All classes, except the Winner’s Over, will have at least a ten percent increase. “We are happy to be able to reward the horsemen that have made this meet a success so far and look to build on that success with this increase:, said Racing Secretary Michael Wandishin on Tuesday.

                In other news, Rosecroft will make up the “lost card” of October 27 on Thursday, December 20, 2012, pending approval by the Maryland RacingCommission.  Post time will be 7:25 pm. This will enable horsemen to race twice in the final 8 calendar days of the meet.
